Former residence of the famous carp ‘The Lady’. This lake is around 30 acres in size with two islands. Depths range from 6-25’. Stocked 3 years ago with over 100 carp, which came out in 2014 to 21lb!. Theres around 20 original carp about still. There’s certainly a few special fish which haven’t seen the bank for a while. The Black Pig is the new queen of the lake which hovers around the 45+ mark, a fish which has still evaded capture since 2011. There are also some stunning linears and commons present all around 30+ with the largest common during 2014 being the big common which was finally caught over the 40lb mark at 40-07 by Lucky Leon Stern.  In addition to the carp, there is an abundance of very large bream to 19lb, specimen tench to over double figures, large perch, (dozens of 2-4lb fish were caught last year, the biggest, 3-12 is new lake record.  Winter time provides consistent specimen pike fishing (30+).
